The room was super clean and equipped with everything i needed. i dined in the restaurant both evenings and the meals were reasonably priced. i found the food cooked to perfection, with satisfying portion sizes, and the breakfast buffet was well-stocked. i also spent time in the blissful pool area, complete with a hot tub that my husband thoroughly enjoyed.
It could benefit from some updating.

The double room included tea and coffee making facilities, alongside complimentary biscuits. It also featured a modern television with a wide range of channels. fresh towels were provided daily, the bed had crisp linens, and the temperature was easily adjustable via the in-room thermostat.

The hotel provides convenient access to the lake aquarium, and a short walk takes you to the scenic lakes. The on-site car park offers ample spaces. the huntsman's inn pub, located within the hotel, serves a selection of local ales at reasonable prices.

Staff members were very attentive throughout our meals and readily accommodated all requests! the check-in process was quick and efficient, and any questions were handled with patience. Additional requests for toiletries were delivered promptly.

poor serviceloud hoovering
The breakfast room staff displayed poor service. they did not greet guests or explain how breakfast worked. i waited twenty minutes for my hot breakfast (i arrived before other guests). the breakfast was dry, a sign it sat under heat lamps too long. additionally, a cleaner hoovered loudly near the breakfast room entrance while people were eating. This was disruptive. i found this unprofessional.

The staff seemed very helpful upon arrival.
The room felt somewhat dated, with a shower hose needing a good scrub. There was a constant noise, maybe a fan outside the kitchen. It disrupted sleep. It could have been better..

Breakfast was not what I expect for the price I pay. There were no croissants available for the last 40 minutes of service and at least 20 people came into the dining room after me! I am very annoy to see another plate of them wasted at the end of service. The evening menu was fairly basic.
